Victorian Tourism Industry Council (VTIC), in partnership with Tourism Tribe, are continuing to deliver the Tourism Digital BizKeeper program.
What will you learn?
The intermediate-level program will cover topics including automating your live chat, email segmentation and marketing automation, targeted advertising on Facebook, and creating your marketing calendar. You will also receive a Digital Healthcheck, access to the full Tourism Tribe course library, and expert technical support.
Who should apply?
- Tourism, events and hospitality businesses in Victoria.
- Small and medium-sized businesses that do not have a digital expert in house.
- The program is best suited to businesses at an intermediate skill level with their digital marketing, or who have completed the Digital BizKeeper 101 program.

16 August 2022: Applications close
1 September to 6 October 2022: Six weekly online sessions conducted (one hour each)
Cost
This program is free of charge to successful applicants (valued at $1,500)
